1) Equipment installation:
1. The steel bar bending machine equipment needs to be installed by professionals and installed in accordance with the "Mechanical Equipment Installation Regulations".
2. Dig the foundation according to the basic drawing of the equipment, and continue after exiting the secondary water injection hole according to the drawing.
2) Equipment lubrication:
The main rotating part of the steel bar bending machine adopts the international advanced "oil-free automatic lubricating copper sleeve", and other operating parts can be dripped with general lubricating oil according to the situation.
3) Preparation for operation:
1. Check whether the power supply of the steel bar bending machine is safe, whether the screws are firmly connected, and there is no safety problem in the operation area of the boom.
2. First, loosen the two relief valve handles "counterclockwise", start the motor, and check whether the motor rotates "clockwise" and whether there is any abnormal noise. If normal, it can run for about 5 minutes.
3. After each shift, the piston rod of the steel bar bending machine should be cleaned and checked for damage.
4. The rebar bending machine should be cleaned and sorted after use.
